the Nashville Kats of the Arena Football League have ceased operations, In other words, they are no more. This according to the teams official website.This is the second go around for the Kats of the AFL. The team orignally existed for five seasons (1997-20001) and the most recent team operated for just three seasons (2005-2007). Think of the Cleveland Browns coming back as an expansion team in the NFL in 1999 and you have the right idea.
